I love meals where all I’m required to do is cut the food, sprinkle some seasoning and throw it in a pan!
This is another one of those…
Like the beef stew meal, I use a variety of veggies from the fridge.
Package of sausage (Austin and I prefer the spicy kind)
A clove or 2 of garlic
A couple of cups of chopped: potatoes, onions, zucchini/squash, spinach or kale
I sauté the garlic first, then add the potatoes because it takes them longer to cook. Lastly, I add everything else and cover for a little while (ugh, my instructions are so estimated, I’m sorry. But with trial and error, you’ll figure it out just like I did) 🙂
