I am by no means a recipe engineer, more like a seasoned recipe reviewer.
Currently I share bits and pieces, here and there on my Instagram feed, but I thought it would be cool to share in detail what I’m begging my kiddos to eat week by week…
Actually, I lied! I don’t beg them to eat anything. Either they eat it or they drink it lol. More on that secret later! 😉
We’re halfway through week 1 and I’ve managed to cook 4 out of 7 of these meals and the kids have eaten 0 of it LOL! So let’s just rename this to, “What me and my hubby eat on a weekly basis” As soon as my feelings are done being hurt about the kids, I’ll share what they actually eat too.
Ok, so here goes it… our recipes for the week are:

What I’ve cooked already!
- Sausage, okra, tomato meal + shrimp if you’re fancy 😉
- Chicken burrito bowls
- Avocado pesto pasta

- Chicken, brown rice, frozen green beans with gravy
- Chicken & dumplings
- White bean chili
