Cutting veggies is my thing! Idk why exactly but there’s something about it that’s therapeutic to me. As odd as it is, it really works for my good when I make meals like this…
I’m used to making a quick dish full of sausage, potatoes, zucchini, onions, and whatever other veggie we have too much of in the fridge, but this one is a little different.
My mother in law actually sent the recipe to me a while back… Her’s included shrimp, because, well they can afford shrimp lol! This go round I chose spicy sausage only.
