Last week I started Healthy Tip Tuesday (again lol) and the point was super simple…. Just start somewhere! The hardest part of starting anything is the beginning. Things just kinda come to you after that, well unless you’re like me and then you get bored and want to start something completely different smh.

I hope it helps you feel a little more comfortable with starting from scratch. 5 years ago when I really started to change the way I ate and viewed nutrition, I didn’t know where to begin. If my memory serves me correctly, I think I started with buying more fresh fruits and veggies vs canned foods.
But you can start with whatever seems easiest to you! C’mon, I believe in you (hugs) 🙂
